If you won't be able to make it to an arranged appointment, we require 24 hours notification of this. During the work week, email or use of the Contact Us form will be sufficient, but if you need to contact us on the weekend, please call and leave us a message (206.726.0047). This should get to us more quickly.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before an appointment, or simply don't show up, you will forfeit the fee for that session.

All things being fair, we make a similar promise to you. If Michael Gilbert isn't able to give you at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, or doesn't show up for an appointment with you, you will not pay for the missed session, and he will owe you a free session. (This means that you still have two sessions to schedule with him for the price of the one missed.)
